Lecture Theatre

For larger events, the Lecture Theatre includes its own breakout space, allowing groups to gather together for presentations before moving into smaller discussion sessions where required.

Room layouts are arranged in advance to suit the meeting format, whether boardroom style for smaller discussions or theatre style for presentations and briefings.

Meeting rooms and facilities

The fourth floor houses eight purpose-built Meeting Rooms designed for conferences, meetings and training sessions. Each room includes integrated presentation technology and video conferencing capability, supporting hybrid meetings, presentations and collaborative sessions.

These rooms open onto a shared breakout space where refreshments and working lunches can be served throughout the day.
For larger groups, the Lecture Theatre provides a tiered presentation space for up to 120 guests. With built-in presentation technology and its own adjoining breakout area, it works particularly well for conferences, briefings and training programmes.

Can we stream our meeting to remote attendees?

Yes. The Lecture Theatre has built-in streaming capability, and the fourth floor Meeting Rooms can support hybrid meetings with integrated cameras and ceiling microphones. An in-house AV technician is available to assist with setup and ensure everything runs smoothly.

 

What AV equipment is included?

All fourth floor Meeting Rooms feature a Clevertouch screen, integrated audio and ceiling microphones. The Lecture Theatre provides built-in presentation facilities with streaming capability. Additional AV equipment can be arranged in advance where required.

 

Is catering included or do we need to arrange separately?

Catering is provided in-house and can be arranged to suit the format of your meeting. We offer Day Delegate Rates (DDR) as well as tailored catering options depending on the structure of the day. Our team will work with you to plan refreshments, working lunches and timing to fit your agenda.

 

Can we visit the venue before booking?

Yes. Site visits can be arranged and we recommend viewing the spaces, particularly if you are unfamiliar with the venue or planning a larger meeting or away day.

 

Is there parking available for delegates?

On-site parking is limited and must be arranged in advance. The venue is well connected by public transport, with Temple, Blackfriars and City Thameslink stations all within walking distance.
