Mediation and Arbitration

The Inner Temple provides a calm and confidential environment for mediation and arbitration proceedings. Set within one of the four Inns of Court, the venue offers a neutral and well-managed setting suited to complex discussions, formal hearings and dispute resolution.

Designed to support mediation and arbitration

As a historic legal institution, The Inner Temple carries an established reputation that reflects the professionalism and neutrality required for mediation and arbitration.

A range of private meeting rooms are available for mediation, arbitration, hearings and case conferences. Separate rooms can be allocated for opposing parties, legal teams and private consultations, allowing proceedings to be managed discreetly and efficiently.

An environment that supports focused proceedings

Mediation and arbitration days are structured to prioritise privacy and flexibility. Separate rooms can be allocated as required, with a larger space used for joint sessions or hearings, allowing proceedings to move between private consultation and formal discussion without disruption.

Breakout spaces enable confidential discussions between legal teams, while the overall layout supports efficient movement throughout the day.

Refreshments and catering can be arranged as needed, ensuring participants remain comfortable without interrupting proceedings. The setting supports focus, professionalism and constructive dialogue.
